HAPPY NEW YEAR

I know ,I know a little late but better late than never so they say.
Weight didnt increase over the festive period and now back for some serious weightloss and exercise.
Work is work and still no sign of the full time assistant I was promised 4 months ago.
Too much stress aint good for me right now.

My DAD

He isnt good at all.Nothing could prepare me for my visit today.
My sister has been attending and doing so much,keeping me up to date etc etc.
My dad is on morphene patches now. He cannot swallow and is deteriorating quite quickly. Could be hours ,could be days they cant really say.......
Shared a moment today where we both couldnt speak to each other and sat and cried. Never seen my dad cry before ever.It was all very moving.
He is bed ridden and is having to have sides on the bed so he doesnt move and fall out. Keeps on trying to get out..he cant even sit up on his own ,no less stand up.
It appears I have inherited his awkward annoying nature..lol?
