Its another Monday and another successful week of weightloss. Seems I must have been eating for England before without realising it. My food bill has dramatically dropped ,my cooking skills revived, albeit into the ramekin dishes but revived all the same.
It really hasn't bothered me so far about the smaller portions. Thought it would but the sense of fullness seems to combat that well.
This Friday that may all change when I reattend the clinic at Chichester to have my band "pumped up" now that all the internal swelling has gone down.
I still currently have the feeling of being full but can physically sense that I could eat more if I required. Gonna ask'em to put it to full restriction capacity and see how I get on. I feel that I can do anything right now. Am looking for approval for more exercise too, although have increased that naturally as the weight has disappeared.
Attended Romsey show at Broadlands on Saturday and had a fantastic day out.
Devoured a baked potato with curry sauce which suffice filled me right up.
Also tasted one of the forbidden items and found out why.
My daughter Ellie, had a can of Diet-Pepsi and thought I would take a sip.
ooooooh did that bubble up inside my stomach.
Too much bubble, not enough space to bubble in! Didn't throw up but was fully expecting to.
Had to contain a very painful and uncomfortable tube down to my stomach for an hour or so.
Learned my lesson - No fizzy drinks as directed from now on..lol
Sunday there was more exercise down to Victoria Country Park at Netley near Southampton.
Discovering all these new places and enjoying the exercise at last.
What is also spurring me on is that I appear to actually be losing the weight where I want to lose it initally..around my waist. The discovery of my waistband again has been a revelation...long may it continue!!! Another notch in my belt today... that just is such a good feeling to have after years of expansion in that area.

Dad Update
Not too much to report really. Mum and him have decided 24/7 in the same room may not be such a good idea so are now living in separate rooms in the same place for each others sanity more than anything. They see each other all the time but can escape if they wish a few minutes to themsleves.
His keeping down of food has worsened and his moods haven't improved either.
He is finding it hard to come to terms with what is happening to him and that he is having to rely on others so much now.
