Well here I am looking thinner ,feeling better than I have done in years. Getting into smaller clothes which is a major relief now and even venturing into "normal" clothes shops now to discover their "normal" prices at the larger end of their size ranges.I don't even recognise myself sometimes when I catch my reflection in shop windows now .

All looking good and taking a well earned few weeks off from work. First time this year as the only 2 days so far were both for family funerals.

Been applying for jobs and have now got a professional company to sort my CV out. Not getting the interviews I should and I think that could be the stumbling block with the amount of experience I have accumulated over my working years.
