Slow but sure
It has been well over a week now since my last entry.
The weight has not been dropping off too fast but they said there would be weeks like this.
Just another 1.1 kg down (148kg) but still heading in the right direction so not too unhappy about it.
I have not been feeling as full as I was and able to eat a bit more at meal times.
More through hunger than anything so I guess I will need my band pumped up some more when I return to the clinic end of next week(I am guessing)
Ordering at my favourite restaurant "Chiquitos" at Port Solent has got me strange looks too.
Main meals are just too much so I have resorted to one or two side orders which are ample for my needs and cut the bill also substantially.
No alcohol also cuts the costs ...still not touched a drop since my operation...and feeling better for it also.
Another big thankyou to all those that have written in support of my weightloss and dads situation. He is gradually declining in health as expected despite having an oesophagal stent fitted down his throat to help him swallow.
It has helped him no end but its sad to watch the decline of your own father into an almost unrecognisable state of being.
Everything about him appears to be seizing up and shutting down but he fights on.
Got it in his head that he wants to die at home which is understandable ,if not practical.

Easy Chaz, good to see it all still going well. I knew you could do it as I know that you managed to beat Anorexia so well. Take care bruv hope to see you soon at one of the nights out in Slough. I'll let you have my salad ;-) Mez
