Down another 2.4kgs in just under two weeks. Thats weighing in at 145.6kgs as of this morning. Tackled a roast dinner at my sisters yesterday even if it was somewhat on the kidsize portion on my plate. It appeared to fill me up so more than happy with that.
Not much to report really other than I am feeling more and more confident that this is actually going to work longterm for me and caught my reflection in a windowed door today. I almost had to look twice as I didn't really recognise myself...yes really.
Everyone where I work are starting to remark on the noticable weightloss even when they have been off on a weeks holiday they are noticing the difference on their return to work.
Those kind of comments help immensly but I feel I need another boost in my band .
Whether or not the doctor agrees is another thing. He was happy with my weightloss before at 2-3 lbs a week and I suppose ,so should I be as it is painless and consistant.
Had to leave my Thursday customer meeting to relieve myself of lunch as some of the Tuna Jacket Potatoe got lodged in my throat last week but thankfully all possible calamities were avoided.
Meals are more solid now but still trying to stick to the soups for lunch while at work to avoid possble embaressing fallout just like last Thursday while at a customer site.
Breakfast...if I dont have time for porridge/cereal is a cereal bar..... disturbingly they fill me up also..... used to be able to quite happily consume 2 or 3 of the things and still be hungry.
Same with biscuits..having the odd one here and there but not the 5 or 6 or even a packet while watching TV I used to happily munch my way through. Strange how the sense of feeling full can change my habits of a lifetime.
Thanks again for all the support.... Charles
