NEW APPOINTMENT
WOO HOO !!! New appointment for band tightening has come through.
Fri 3rd August at 5.30pm with Mr Somers...can't wait.
Day 2 of fitness regime went well...straight in from work and work out completed..feeling it today though..all doing me good no doubt!!!
Thursday August 17th 2006, a day that will hopefully have changed my life for the better. I have had a gastric band fitted and a painful 7 year old umbilical hernia fixed.My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer of the oesophagus also in the same week in August 2006,the most painful cancer there is apparently and was given only a few months to live. He passed away 4.25am 7th January 2007.
