Tightning My belt for Xmas!!!

Have phoned up and booked for a band tightning on 30 November at the "Fat" Clinic.

Feeling the loosening effect where I don't feel quite so full and want to eat more so going to get it tightened for Xmas. Last year I let it ride a little at this time of year but now am feeling alot more positive and ready to at last get my body back into the shape it was intended to be.

Weightloss continues a little more slowly and I want to use the band as the tool to strive toward the finish line now and reach my "ideal" weight whatever I may be feeling comfortable with in the New Year.
