Sunday again and another successful week completed.
This week I attended Rich Hall at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth. Very funny guy..his observations of the British are so very true and scary at times of how stupid we look to the outside world.

Attended the dreaded "Fat Clinic" again on Friday but was welcomed to hear that in the last 3 weeks since my last calling I have lost 7lbs. My weight fluctuates quite dramatically now so I try to not weigh myself quite as often as I was. Once a day was getting silly...its not like I have anorexia or something..once every week or couple of weeks seems to work best for me.It all averages out to 1-2 lbs a week..they said I was the Perfect Patient..... neither of those words ever ever been used to describe me before no less in the same sentence..lol
