It's Friday and sofas are well and truly tried and tested in my front room since Wednesday .
Both fit in (despite initial reservations and are nice and comfy with the footstool(poufee..can we say that now?) !!!!
I am one happy bunny with my latest purchase and can see no reason to ever leave their vicinity.

Weight loss continuing and only one more week before another adjustment to the band and some more seriously induced weightloss.
One to two pounds is sensible every week but sensible is not always me (as anyone who knows me will subscribe to this idea) Despite my better judgement I want to lose a little more quickly. Going for a big adjustment just to speed up things a little.Whether the consultant will see through my masterplan remains to be seen?lol

Body exercising (sit ups etc) is still regular and appears to be shaping my body well.
Feeling good about my shape (round may be a shape but not always desirable) for the first time in years.

Apparently my works laptop doesnt like drinking chocolate?
It is being sent off to big Dell heaven with a replacement re-incarnation winging its way back......
...hopefully with not be too much moaning from others at the bill that will come with it?
